Returning champion Alex Lahey joins me five years after her first appearance to talk about Paramore’s classic album ’Riot!’. Alex talks about discovering Paramore in her young teens when the band members were only a few years older, Paramore’s openness and celebration of their fans, sharing the bill with Paramore and Sheryl Crow at Bonnaroo and that time she accidentally punched a girl in the head at a Paramore gig.
Plus we try and figure out if Franklin and Nashville are really different cities and Alex talks about the process of revisiting some of her best known songs for her new iso EP ‘Between the Kitchen and Living Room’.
